Tristram Stuart - renowned food waste fighter & environmentalist - will be joining us to talk about the effects of food waste on water.
Paul Powesland - founder of Lawyers for Nature - will be speaking about the Rights of Rivers and how these can be implemented to help save water.
Zofia Page will run through the different (and sometimes whacky) ways that we can save water in the home - from food choices to bringing back the outdoor loo!
Rachel Millward will interview Sarah Butler about her new book - Slow Medway - a journey along the River Medway and our relationship to her.
